Terms and Conditions

Any order or use of our services constitutes a study and complete agreement with the following terms and conditions.

1. Proposed designs or designs will be sent to the customer’s email for approval. Customer confirmation by email is the final confirmation, and any request for a change in plan or other related matter is subject to a new payment agreement.

2. The cost of design, calculations and engineering and other related services is different for each order, so the amount of ordered services is determined and announced to the customer after reviewing and job site visit. The costs of each service, including architectural design, calculations and engineering, Title 24 report and other related services, are separate and are calculated and received separately before delivering the order.

3. The paid amounts are non-refundable and will not be refunded after the customer initial email approval.

4. After submitting the plan to the department of building and safety of Los Angeles county, any modifications and not major changes to the plan and calculations requested by the Plan Checker will be made by X Buildup without receiving any additional fees. These changes include possible improvements in architectural design and calculations and do not include other items such as Tile 24, etc.

5. All services are provided by the design and calculation department of X Buildup with the cooperation of other people or other companies that cooperate with X Buildup as third parties.

6. The customer agreed to respect the copyright, and refrain from any direct contact with them, either during the work or in the future, and to have any communication only through the relevant X Buildup representative.
